Because of the care we give each of your hand-crafted designs and our commitment to sourcing only the best paper products—ours is a process that takes plenty of time, expertise, and thought. The following offers an idea of our timelines for various projects.

If you want to start at the beginning with custom save the dates—before digging into invitations, day-of details, and installations—reach out to us a minimum of 47 weeks (roughly 11 months) prior to your event date. This will allow for an 8-month mail drop on your save the dates.

If you won’t need save the dates and simply want to start with custom wedding invitations, reach out to us a minimum of 6 months prior to your event date.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

Psst…rushing to the altar?
We are happy to fit in rush-project requests when our timeline allows. Rush production is available, and the timeline will be expedited—meaning you’ll need to reply to proofs quicker. Rush fees on production and shipping will also likely apply.
01. The deep dive
After we’ve had our first screening call and you’ve received your sample kit, we get to the good stuff: an hour-long design deep-dive where we learn about your love story and stylistic preferences.
02. Locking it in
Pop the champagne—you get to see your initial design! You’ll then have up to three rounds of edits to ensure the copy, colors, and composition are just right.
03. Refining to perfection

04. Proofing and off to print
After a final design is approved for sign-off and your invoice is paid in full, we’ll officially move into production.
05. Keep the paper party going
The fun—and our work—doesn’t stop at custom wedding invitations. Carry a consistent aesthetic throughout each guest touch point with everything from stunning signage and luxe day-of details to dancefloor designs and eye-catching installations.
06. Your guests get giddy!
We do a thorough quality check once your pieces are ready. You’ll then have the option for us to assemble, stamp, and mail—or we can mail everything to you (or your wedding planner) to assemble and send off!
